The analysis of the Pound Index and the expected new upcoming decline

Possible Weakness for the British Pound in the Medium Term

It appears we are facing a new downward trend on the GBP index.

This means the currency is likely to weaken soon against most currencies.

This is due to the index's proximity to testing very strong supply areas.

This is evident on the 4-hour chart.

These areas are located at the 2.795 level,

 which are currently strong.

A decline is expected to reach the specified targets of 2.7890 and 2.7800, respectively.

If the first areas are breached, the index may rise to the previous areas,

from which it previously declined to the 2.8073 level.

In any case, the index remains negative, and a decline is expected.

Therefore, if a decline begins, it is preferable to look for

selling operations for the GBP currency.

This should be done on pairs based on available opportunities that align with the analysis.
