The best areas to buy the S&P 500 for the long term.

The S&P 500 continued its strong upward trend.

This was after breaching strong resistance areas, 

which were located near the 6070 level.

Currently, the index has reached a very strong overbought zone.

In addition, strong weak buying signals are emerging,

 which increases the possibility of a correction in the index soon.

Currently, if there is a correction, we may see the index decline

 to the demand areas below, which are located near the 6026 level, as shown on the chart.

From there, we are expected to see the index rise again.

However, if it breaks and closes below the first demand areas,

the decline may continue to the next demand areas,

 which are located near the 5700 level.

The greatest concentration will be in the initial demand zones.

These are strong and important areas, and it is therefore preferable to enter

them after any buying signals appear on lower time frames.
