Best Buying Areas for the China50 Index

The China50 Index is still moving within an ascending price channel.

The index has also broken through previous resistance areas,

which also represented strong psychological resistance at the 15,000 level.

It has also established new strong buying areas on the 4-hour timeframe,

a strong indication that buyers are currently in control.

In the event of a decline and testing of the new buying areas,

which are located at the 14,814 levels shown on the chart,

it is expected to rise from them to the specified targets at 15,000 and 15,200.

If the first areas are broken, we may see a rise from the following areas,

which are located at the 14,575 level, which are also strong buying areas.

In general, the index is currently considered a buy only area as long as it continues

to move within the ascending price channel shown on the chart.
